Who is invited?
This is an intentionally curated space for senior in-house leaders shaping the future of HR & Talent. We extend invitations to individuals who meet the following criteria:
Strategic Leadership
You currently hold a senior role (typically CPO, CHRO, or Head of function) within:
- Talent Acquisition
- Talent Management
- Learning & Development
- People/HR Strategy
You are responsible for an annual budget for your function and actively shaping and delivering your organisation’s people agenda.
In-House Focus
You work within a private or public sector organisation (not a vendor, consultancy, or agency). This ensures we create a peer-led space where open, honest discussion thrives.
RPO Guidelines
Although you do not currently work for an RPO, if you are supplied through one, you may still be eligible, provided you apply using your in-house organisation’s email address.
HR Tech Fluency
You have extensive hands-on experience with HR, L&D or recruitment software, and have played a key role in selecting, adopting, or integrating new technologies to enhance your processes.
