From intimate roundtables to the unapologetically bold Talentpalooza, we created spaces free from corporate fluff. Real conversations, real people.

But the world of work is shifting fast.

That’s why we’re expanding—from a focus on TA to the whole of HR.

We’re still community-first. Still informal, human, and honest.

But now we’re going deeper—into the messy, complex, and high-stakes questions shaping the future of work.

We’re inviting HR leaders to pause, reflect, and reimagine how we design, deliver, and evolve the people experience in our organisations.

Andrea has significant experience in Talent and HR in Australia and the UK. She has led recruitment teams, implemented numerous recruitment systems and worked on projects in employment branding, scale-up volume recruitment and process improvement across retail, legal, consulting and corporate functions.

Talent Table was developed from her passion for connecting people, to create a community of peers that allow each other to be the best they can be. Great friendships have formed since we first held events back in 2017 and she is excited to be taking it one step further and bringing together a community in our region.
